I'm not even sure how to look this up if such information already exists. I'm referring to the search function to search content on ArcGIS Online, NOT the search function on maps to search through layers/data. Every time I try to find info, I keep get results related to the search function inside the maps/apps, and that's not what I'm looking for.
First, I have no idea how the "Relevance" ordering works. It usually ends up working against me and so I have to sort it by "Date modified" for me to find my items more quickly. Where can I find documentation that helps me understand how "Relevance" is determined?
Second, in case there isn't information, or if it takes a lot of time for me to adjust my tags, descriptions, etc., to get sorting by "Relevance" to work with me, I do think there should be an option to have a default sorting of ArcGIS Online content when searching. Does anybody know if there already is an ArcGIS Ideas mentioning this?
