Hi,

Is there a way I could publish a map that would have a polygon user input collecting feature? I want the farmers in my neighborhood to be able to digitize their field plots, that I, as an administrator, would be able to see, store and analyze.

Thanks

Other than having each farmer use Collector, what about the crowdsourcing web app?

In addition to the crowdsource reporter app, there are a few other apps options to enable editing of geometry to the public using the configurable apps and the Web App Builder. The key component will be creating a polygon feature service with with editing capabilities and polygon geometry.

Other configurable apps that allow editing:

Basic Viewer:

Web App Builder Widgets:

Edit widget—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS | ArcGIS

Smart Editor widget—Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS | ArcGIS

Will it be a specific group of users submitting their geometry or the public?

This help doc, explains some of the feature service options that can be used to facilitate and monitor data edits:
