Clip StreetMap to specific region?

Is there anyway to clip out StreetMap data for just a specific region for use in ArcPad 10.0.3?

Yes there is, ArcPad StreetMap Desktop Data Extractor allows ArcPad StreetMap users to extract data from the Streetmap Premium dataset included with the ArcPad release.
