I am working on developing an application using a web map I've created using MapViewer. One of the layers in the map is municipal boundaries and I have labeled these so when a boundary is visible it labels each municipality. The labels by default just display horizontally on top of one another, but I'd like to change their position so they are parallel to the boundaries and display on their respective sides of the boundary line. I do not see an option in MapViewer for customizing label position and orientation for lines features, only for point features which is frustrating. See screenshots below for how the labels display in MapViewer vs how I want them to display.
Can you share your map and I can take a look at the labeling positioning.
I've removed most of the layers in this copy of the map just for sensitive data purposes, but the municipal boundary layer and labels are still here for you to take a look at.
Please let me know if you are unable to access it. Thanks.
Doesnt look like your portal is publicly accessible. Is this a line or a polygon with a boundary labeling position from Pro?
