Can you have a Collaboration (Send & Receive) but only in one direction?

I have an enterprise portal in collaboration with my AGO account.  I would like all of my collaborated items from AGE to send and receive in AGO but none of my items to go the other direction - AGO to AGE.

AGE (Send and receive) to AGO - YES

AGO (Send and receive) to AGE - NO.

Right now everything in both folder workspaces is shared in both directions.

The collaboration host can set the access to send only, receive only, or send and receive.
