Can't access settings of hosted tile layer

I created a map tile package in ArcGIS Pro and published it as a hosted tile layer on ArcGIS Online. 

When I try to access its settings, the web page keeps loading forever. 

This issue is very similar to here: https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-enterprise-portal-questions/can-t-access-the-settings-of-hosted...,except I don't have access to the server settings that I am aware of.

Hello Ben,

What web browser are you using? Could you try loading up the settings page on another web browser or PC to see if this issue is browser-specific?
