Can not edit service in arcgis.com

HI!
Can not edit service with advanced feature in arcgis.com. Loaded service in "My Resources". When you open the service, leave a message, which is in the inner layer of the network and so editing is disabled. What is the reason? Help please:!

Did you load the service on your own ArcGIS Server? Or is it loaded and hosted on ArcGIS Online?

If it's hosted on ArcGIS Online, go to the item that represents the service and click the Edit button. Scroll down to the editing options and make sure editing is enabled.
