Can I assign more than one attribute value in web map?

I recently made a web map on ArcGIS online for a tree inventory on a university campus. I have several attribute fields with lists of values. I created a list but when I go to the web map and add a new point, I want to be able to select more than one value from the field drop down menu. Is there an expression or a way to assign two or more values at the same time? Can this be done in ArcGIS Online or through a Python script? And if so, How? I have included screenshots. Thanks!

You can create multiple select questions in Survey123 - that might be the way to go.
