Can ArcGIS Online hosted map tiles be updated from ArcMap?

I don't have Server, but would like to update hosted tiles on ArcGIS Online. My process now is to recreate my tile package in ArcMap, publish it and then update my popups linked to feature services in multiple maps every time I have to update a map. Just seems like there is an easier way to do it.

That works fine for the feature services, but its the map tiles (map service) that I'm having the trouble with.
