I am a member of an organization and I am a ???publisher???. I published a hosted feature service as a web mapping application using the ???basic viewer??? template. It is very similar to the crowd sourcing application that you find on arcgis.com. The application is not Public but I shared it with a group that includes someone outside of my organization who has a personal account and it works fine, meaning they are able to create points and enter information. What I need to know is whether someone in my organization that is only a ???user??? will be able to make edits to my application also. I think they should be able to, but people in my IT group say they will not be able to edit unless they are publishers.
