Boundaries between Berkeley/Albany and Emeryville/Oakland have wrong placenames

It appears that Streetmap North America 2012 and from DataMaps 10 have incorrect placenames for a set of roads on the boundaries between Albany/Berkeley and Emeryville/Oakland in California.  It was correct in the old Streetmap Pro 2003.

Has anyone come across other sections that are incorrect in California?  We geocode statewide data, so would be good to know if other problem areas are out there.
