Being signed out after a certain number of hours every day

I have been finding that I get logged out of ArcGIS Online (and the community site as well) every day after a certain number of hours. Typically my day starts at 7am and I often work until 4ish. But I find myself having to relog into AGOL it seems between about 2:30 and 3:30 in the afternoon. I don't think this is a browser setting or a organizational network thing as I'm often signed in to other sites for the same period of time, and I haven't noticed being booted out of Pro while logged into the same portal (AGOL). Is this a setting in AGOL that can be changed or is it not even AGOL related possibly?

Edit: meant to include that I am using Chrome which I believe is hardened by our IT, haven't experimented with the MS Edge or others at this point.

Does your IT settings refresh your browser cache periodically? This will sign you out of ArcGIS Online.

https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/get-started/sign-in.htm

Check the Keep me signed in check box to remain signed in even if you close your browser window.
Clearing your browser cache will sign you out.

If you do not check the box, you will remain signed in until you sign out, close your browser, or clear your browser cache.

Note:
You will remain signed in for up to two weeks, regardless of the Keep me signed in box being checked.

Thanks for your suggestion, I need to check with our IT, I always make sure that 'keep me signed in' check box is marked. But it seems only to happen on the ESRI pages. its one of those minor inconveniences because I never really notice it until i try and run some process that requires me to be signed in.

I have the same issue, it will be fine for a while, then it will randomly sign me out daily for a week. I used to think it only happened when I logged in to the Community pages, but it's been happening in general lately.
