Hi,
I am taking a GIS class and am using a trial version so can't open a case. The esri "Referencing Data to Real-World Locations Using ArcGIS" training module has an exercise that requires loading the Oceans basemap from ArcGIS Online, but both the "Add data from ArcGIS Online" and the File menu "ArcGIS Online" crash ArcMap. The ArcGIS Online form opens and shows me as logged in and the search box says "Loading", then after about 3 sec i get the "Serious Error" form.
I see that the ArcGIS Online options are added through an esri add-in and that it hasn't been updated since 2009. Any chance there's a newer one available?
