Do you mean your trial ran out? or do you mean that an academic license expired? You indicate that you are a student, so I would contact the person that runs your academic accounts.
Dear Dan,
Looks like the trial ran out. I got a separate mailer saying that i have
used 100% of the resources. But i dont understand what exactly i have used.
I have imported all the layers from the ArcGIS desktop edition. Hence I am
lost on why the story Maps and the online edition are suspended only.
Could you please help me in getting it up. I dont need any more changes in
the maps but thats my assignment and i need to submit it to my professor.
Please help. I am attaching the error screen shot herein for your reference.

You are going to have to contact your administrator, perhaps credits have been used up and you have no more.
Looks like in this case you will need to contact your Esri Distributor - your account has been suspended as Dan mentioned you have most likely consumed all your service credits.
Oh ok. . . I would have to recreate some of the things on a different
account . . . I hav other team mates who can replicate the map . . .
However i would like to understand what all features are chargeable . . .
Could you please point me to a pricing page please!?
Thanks and regards for all the help. Really appreciate it.
Best regards,
Rohit
Rohit,
You could refer ArcGIS Online | Service Credits .
Also did you create tiles (cache) or use geocoding service in ArcGIS Online? They consume the credits very fast.
If you have ArcGIS trial account, you will get 200 credits for one time for 60 days.
And if you have a Developer account, you will get 50 credits/ month. Next month, you will get another 50 credits.
Just for your information...
In future, if you are looking to publish a tiled service in AGOL without burning credits, you could have a look at https://community.esri.com/docs/DOC-2996-publish-a-tiled-service-to-arcgis-online-wo-arcgis-for-serv....
Thanks a Lot for this information. I will look into the same. No we havent
been using cache. But yes we used some online Data resources from he ArcGIS
repository. I believe thats the culprit.
Let me go through all the links and check.
Again thanks a lot for the help. Appreciate it !'

My professor taught us how to use Online without pounding through credits, ask professor for advice and, also, agreeing with previous advice. Good luck!
