My ArcGIS Online subscription renewed on December 1st. Will I receive 500 credits as a result of that renewal? I have the "Creator" user type. Thanks.

For a standard organization, most likely.
If you are on a Personal User licence, no, you will only receive 100, even though you get a Creator user type.
Very difficult to clarify without knowing your licencing arrangement.
If you have access to your ArcGIS Online Organization, you should be able to see how many credits you have (e.g., total remaining credits).
If it is an organisation subscription you will receive the credits
