ArcGIS Online Social Media Map not allowing multiple tweet search queries

Hello,

I'm trying to use the ArcGIS Online Social Media Webmap and running into a problem displaying tweets. The "Search Keywords" box does not seem to allow more than one search term. For example, searching for "bike" (without the quotes) seems to turn up tweets, but searching for "bike bikelane" turns up no tweets -- neither for bike or bikelane. I also tried this with many other queries and no luck. According to Twitter's Advanced Search Help, which the social media app configuration links to (https://support.twitter.com/articles/71577-how-to-use-advanced-twitter-search), this should absolutely be possible. Why doesn't this work?

Try this statement in the search box: "bike" or "bikelane"
I think the statement "bike bikelane" is going to search for the exact phrase, and the word or is significant in the situation you described I think.
