Hello,
I have an organizational account for ArcGIS Online. I have created a map for users to work with data and print maps. But when they try to print the map, only a portion of the map is printing. Perhaps it is preserving scale and not extent? Is there any way that I can change this while still using the default printing service? Also, I'm having trouble printing from a template application from ArcGIS Online. Still playing around with it but if anyone has any hints it would be appreciated.
