Arcgis Online - Part of data disappear from display

Hi All.... my question is, why when i am zoom in into my data layer, part of it disappear ?... how to fix it... refer to the attached picture

Hi,

Are you publishing your map from ArcGIS Pro or ArcMap?  if so, please check your layer face culling settings.
