ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard - Frustrations

Please Please Please someone at ESRI make this thing work?  Every time we have an interruption in service I go to that thing and it all says everything is working great!  I call support and they say our "hive" is having issue?  What is the point of the Health Dashboard if its never going to be accurate?  You might think this is a small thing, but I support 100 users, every time our "hive" has issue they look to me to fix the issue, my excuse that "ESRI is having an issue and I cannot do anything" only goes so far before they start thinking I am the issue, while being able to point to a site that shows you are having the issue might not be a perfect solution it would help make people like me look a little better (YOUR CUSTOMERS) in the eyes of our users and not that we just trying to make an excuse?

Having the exact same issue right now with hive 5..  The Health Dashboard needs to show the status of each hive to be useful.

Same hive 5!  Even then if you look at the colors, yellow is a "Performance Issue".  Hover over one of those and the note says intermittent timeout issues?  How is that not red and categorized as a "Service Disruption"?  Not being able to see and connect to data isnt performance is a distruption?

The problems with hive 5 have been resolved this morning.  The ArcGIS Pro authentication issues I was encountering yesterday with service based features, now no longer appear in error state.

The ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard shows no issues encountered on September 12th.   This obviously is not the case. I'd like the The ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard to show a more granular status by hive in some future release. This could save Admins a lot of time trouble shooting an issue that really points back to the underlying esri infrastructure.
