ArcGIS Online for Organizations - Analyze Service error Exception Unauthorized

Hi,

I've used ArcGIS Online for Organizations to create feature services from CSV files.  This worked fine earlier in February.  Today I'm using the same users that are either Publishers or Administrators. I tried to upload one of the same files that I had used previously to create a feature service and it failed with this error:

Analyze Service error Exception Unauthorized

The odd thing is that I can take the same CSV file and drag and drop it onto the plain ArcGIS Online Map Viewer without error.

I've attached the file.

Has anyone encountered this error before and have a suggestion?

This is an issue that has surfaced in the last day or so and we're working to solve the problem.

Thanks for your reply.  They problem now seems to be resolved.  I can created the feature service from the CSV file without error.

i have the same problem " error Exception Unauthorized" now that i cant import CSV file.. is that the same old problem or what?
