If anyone knows a good place to host files that will allow them to display in the ArcGIS Online maps 'popup' - any HELP would be appreciated.
Current map setup is from ArcMAP 10.0 SP1, with layer files created and saved into Zips and imported into the ArcGIS Online Maps through Global Account. File path is currently set to seek a local directory but this doesn't work. (e.g. C:\GIS Links\RMU\PHOTOS\UTILITY VALVES\DSC0421.jpg or C:\GIS Links\RMU\DRAWINGS\UTILITY VALVES\Wayne Ctr.pdf).
A new link path will be added to the database to provide a URL Link 'field' but this must point to somewhere on the web for the file URL - has anyone attempted this without having ArcGIS Server or other Server Web Services?
