Hello everyone,
I am using ArcGIS 10.8.2 on windows 10 and my laptop meat the system requirements.
I have tried to add "basemap" in my document, the add basemap button is not active (greyed out).
I searched online for solutions and understood that my ArcGIS is not connected to online resources, even the ArcGIS connection is giving me the same message over and over again whether I ask to "test connection now" or to "perform a test" or even if I manipulated its properties.
I tried to use VPN (NordVPN) and restarted ArcGIS yet nothing changed.
I hope someone of the colleagues have an idea about this problem.
