We have our business licenses on our open data site:
Open Data Business License
It is a polygon feature class, but when I download it as a shapefile it ends up being a line feature class. The map on the open data page shows the data as polygons. I have checked the item details page and it is correctly identifying it as a polygon feature class.
Any idea what is going on?
