Arcgis Experience builder dose not follow selected date format

Hi all,
I have a date file in a feature service, when I want to display the date on ArcGIS Site, the date is displayed as:
I changed the date and number format on the portal settings, to display date in Britain format like 31/7/2022, but still displaying the date as mm/dd/yyyy.
I appreciate if some has a solution for this issue?
