Using ArcGis 10.5.1

We updated Pictometry layers on Eagleview yesterday and today. ArcGis wants a user name and password to connect to the GIS Server. Eagleview says it's an ArcGis issue. But, it's looking for a password for Eagleview Pictometry service. Only the layer showing our aerial on a wmts service is effected. Any suggestions?

Your screenshot is showing that it is asking for credentials to that server URL. That URL is linking back to Eagleview. I don't see how this is an Esri issue if it is asking for credentials to access that server from that URL (hosted by Eagleview). Eagleview needs to provide you with those credentials. Of course, I might be missing something, but Eagleview should be providing you with those credentials to access their services.

I agree. Feel like I'm chasing my tail with support calls blaming other programs. Thanks for confirming my thoughts.
