Arcade generated pop up value no longer display in Webapp Builder since AGOL Feb update

I've configured field value that's generated by Arcade in the popup and it shows fine in Map Viewer, but it is empty when looking at it in Webapp Builder. This has been working fine until the recent AGOL update.
