Hi everyone, does anybody know how to activate the routing option in ArcGIS Online for Organizations? I noticed when clicking the Edit button, at the very bottom of the page you can select to enable or disable the Application Settings Routing, Measure Tool, Basemap Selector. I know where to find Measure Tool, Basemap Selector ut I cannot find the Routing option. Thanks in advance!!

Hi Mike or anybody, I am using ArcGIS online for Developers. I had a go with ArcGIS Online for routing to locations off the road network and found that only locations inside a 200m buffer could be found. Some locations are over 1000m away from the closest road edge and can not be found by the directions function. I read in one of the forums that locations up to 20km away from a road network will snap to the closest network edge. Why is it only 200m for me? This was using a laptop computer with Arc10. And can python scripts be used in this Online environment? I have tried accessing ArcGIS online with an Android smartphone using both a direct internet connection through a mobile browser and using the Collector app. I can get content and use of measure tools but no directions function when accessing ArcGIS Online through the smartphone mobile browser. Is this routing service still unavailable to android? And when I log into ArcGIS Online with the Collector app absolutely none of my maps or content appear. What could be the issue here?
