I'm a self-taught volunteer who handles GIS for a small non-profit.
I loaded the patch for ArcGIS Desktop 10.4.1 and tested it successfully. I also checked all our Android devices running Collector and Workforce. Am I done? Do I have to do anything more, like mods to AGOL directly?

Thanks for checking and installing the patch for Desktop. You don't need to make any changes to ArcGIS Online to support this change, but check this document to see if there are any other affected products that you are using.

It sounds like you are done, but I'd always suggest a double check.
