AGOL Classic Map View - Please do not deprecate/remove

I logged in to AGOL this morning to load my map content and received a message that Classic Map view will be deprecated in Q1 of 2026.

Please rethink this because as someone that uses AGOL primarily on the Desktop, Classic Mode is better for inputting and updating /editing attributes there are more editing tools viewable and the layout makes more sense.

Non classic mode appears to have been designed for tablet/mobile use, for desktop use the functionality is not as streamlined and requires more clicks to open and find the necessary tools for locating, plotting, editing and updating features and associated attributes. Due to this I always use Classic View Mode as it's faster to carry out the tasks above.

AGOL does have a newer editing-specific 'Web Editor' view of the new Map Viewer that is actually pretty great. Bulk editing, reshape, split, snapping, merge, etc. Have you tried using that?
