anybody else experiencing ago and other apps performance this morning. We can't even load collector and ago won't open if it does it is painfully slow

So this map has gone viral in the media, Operations Dashboard for ArcGIS , I wonder if this is the cause of the performance problems?
I hope this is fixed sooner for our day to be more productive. Thanks.
