Adding layer to Scene with ArcGIS Online

Hello,

I'm trying to add a layer from my content to a scene with ArcGIS Online. I cant seem to find the layer under add layers. All I can see are other layers (that are not mine) and a add from URL option. Am i missing something? What is the URL of my content? How do I add a layer to my scene? Can it be a shapfile layer package or does it have to be a scene layer?

in this case where we do not have a polygon scene layer available yet you will not see the publish option for scene layer. You would want to convert your data to multipatch and then use the SLPK or the feature layer to scene layer publishing. To convert the polygon to multipatch you could use the Layer 3D to Feature Class.

I used the Layer 3D tool then scene layer package did work so thanks for that.  I got it published and i could see feature briefly then they disappear.  I have had that happen before and i fixed by setting layer to On the ground.  Did that and republished.  Now i can see nothing at all.  The layer is there and all but just nothing on the map.

Any ideas?  I could share the layer for you.

Thanks for the spk, if you can shoot me a map package or zipped gdb of the polygon and multipatch data that would be great. Also will be out of the office for a couple weeks starting Thursday but I will try to check it out before that.
