When adding a graph widget through the web app builder, it is not possible to make visible the bar / column values of the graphs, values only appear when the user positions the mouse over the bar.
The idea is to allow the configuration of the display of these values in the bars / columns of the graphs (be the sum of a given, the average, etc.) without the user having to move the mouse for the values to appear.
