Point/Ln/Poly identification in ArcGIS Online and Open Data

I think it woudl be helpful for users to see some sort of notification (symbol etc) to indicate what type of data set (Pt, Ln, Poly) the feature data set is at the content item level in ArcGIS Online (this holds true for Open Data sites as well)
