No i's or l's or 1's in password reset emails

The temporary passwords might contain I’s or L’s or 1’s which can be very confusing. In the example below, it is impossible to tell the difference between “I” as in a uppercase i, or “l” as in a lower case L.

Please avoid these characters in temporary password resets so that end users are not confused. At the very least, choose a different font in the email for the temp password so that these characters are more easily distinguishable.

Wanted to add that it's no problem on a computer to simply copy and paste the temp password. The challenge here comes when field workers try to login to an Esri app on a seperate device. This has caused my field staff a lot of frustration.
