Movable popup window in ArcGis Online

The popup window in arcgis online cannot be moved.  It often pops up in a location that won't allow me to see the feature.  It would be useful to be able to move it out of the way.

This has been a huge problem for our users. The zoom to seems to do a best fit but still obscures. Please enhance with a docking option or make it moveable.

Making the popup window in AGOL resizeable would be a huge improvement as well. It would make it easier to survey the attributes at a glance without having to scroll the contents of the popup.

At least add an option to choose a pop-up with a longer leader, so that the pop-up doesn't hide the feature as much.

Also make the popup data printable both on a map or popup data alone.

Yes- this is a very debilitating when viewing the maps! I am a huge supporter of moveable pop-ups, docking and resizing. Thank you
