Improve user experience of error/bug-logging by hyperlinking "Contact Esri link" text to make it easier for users to report an issue when they encounter one (rather than having to Google to find a link/email address.
E.g. in ArcGIS Online, when using the Add Layer from Web option, the pop-up window has helpful text saying
"Having trouble displaying your OGC Web service? Help us improve this site by sending us the URL via the Contact Esri link."
This would be much improved if the "Contact Esri link" text was actually a hyperlink; allowing users to contact Esri by simply clicking on the link.
