List of content in Item Details page for Web Apps and Story Maps

Hello,

I think it would be really useful if, in the items details pages of web apps and Story Maps, there was a section that showed all content that is contained in each app - similar to how on all web maps, all the included layers currently show up in the items details page. So for a Story Map, there would be a section on the item details page that has a list of all web maps or other embedded content that is within that Story Map.

Likewise, it would also be useful if, for all feature layers and web maps, it'd be useful to have a section that shows which web apps/Story Maps contain that feature layer/map.

These features would make it a lot easier when cleaning up old content in AGOL. Sometimes I think I want to delete a map or layer, but I don't realize that it's being used in one of my Story Maps or apps.

Totally agree - I recently had to undertake a 'clean-up' of an AGOL account that had not been very proactively managed for a while and the functionality to clearly see what items are used where would have made things significantly easier. Something similar to how web maps show what layers are used in them, but working in all directions, ie:

• for Layers, show what maps and apps they are used in
• for apps, show what maps and layers are used
