Under the individual folder options for the ArcGIS Online content, the 2 current options are Edit Folder, or Delete Folder. We have specific folders that are maintained for historical purposes, but aren't necessarily data/items I'd like to see when I am on the 'All my content' folder tab and searching all the content. How about a new option that says 'Hide folder content, from All my content. Or something to that affect. Then, if you are clicked on the specific sub-folder, the items show up, but are greyed out perhaps?
I am the primary Administrator for our municipality, and I currently have 1,038 items. Some of them are old, but kept for historical purposes. Some of them are acquired from employees that no longer work here, and their value hasn't yet been reviewed for preservation or deletion. It would be helpful if I could limit the amount of items that are displayed when on the All my content Folder tab.
