Fix "Zoom to Layer" in ArcGIS Online

For a very long time when you use the "Zoom to Layer" tool in ArcGIS Online the map zooms out to the entire globe. It is very disappointing that multiple updates have been released and this issue has still not been addressed. PLEASE fix this, it is a critical function! ❤️

If I may propose a workaround, have you tried in the Item Details page of the service to manually choose the initial extent of the layer when adding it to a web map?
