It's great to have print templates (beta) in AGOL, it's just immensely frustrating that the ability to print using a template is only available to Professional and Professional Plus users, perhaps the group of users that would use the function the least.
In an environment where nearly all users require some form of printing, and having been stuck with the awful AGOL defaults for years, being able to print an branded, formatted, template is super useful so as to comply with licensing requirements etc..
