Could you also take in consideration "the order of map and questions" because many clients ask to start the form with the map instead of the questions, thanks.
The current fixed order of the fields and the map, with the fields first and the map below, will be very confusing for our users. The intuitive order of this kind of application is to find the location first, then fill in the fields based on the map. Please provide the option to change the order of the map and the fields.
