Currently with ArcGIS online under identify function we can add media (Image , charts.) but we can't add video, we need from esri to consider this point and give us ability to add video under identify function.
The video must be embedded inside identify function, I mean adding video not link to video, the video it could read from the database or upload from physical machine (PC, Server ,shared file ...).
