Currently when looking at items in the item details page, I constantly need to scroll up and down in order to reach the menu at the top to move from the item details page completely, or switch between the Data, Visualization or Settings tab. This is particularly prevalent in item details pages that can contain alot of information, so I scroll down to view or read the information, and then have to scroll back up to before I can do anything.
Also because the item name is only visible when at the top of the page, if I am searching Living Atlas or shared online data I have to scroll back up to the top just to read the item name.
It would be nice to have a feature that would lock or freeze the menus to stay at the top of the screen for item details pages that are longer or are beyond a certain length, so I can keep context of what I am looking at and be able to move directly to other pages without the need to scroll up first.
While I think this will be useful in Online, I do also think this could possibly be implemented in Enterprise as well.
