Add Time to Last Modified Field in ArcGIS Online

At the moment there is a 'Modified' column which displays the date when an item was last updated as below:



It would be great if time could be added to this so instead of

Apr 20, 2016

the following would appear

Apr 20, 2016 13:30 like Windows Explorer. I find myself wondering what items I have been editing/working with when I have multiple versions!

A use case for this might be those who use ArcGIS Online to support data sharing during an emergency or event - as datasets are edited or modified throughout the course of an event, just having the date is not enough detail to understand currency of the information.

Agreed. Modified date, time, and user name are all important for emergency review, and general administration.
