Consider adding SODAPY to the next release of Python Libraries available to ArcGIS Online Python for Notebooks.

SODAPY is a python client for the Socrata Open Data API. This Open Data API is used by the CDC.gov which for example makes their Covid-19 Community Levels data per each US County available via that API.
Since this library is not available online, the Montana State Library has been forced to port all our Online Notebooks to run on local Conda environments, where we can PIP install this module.
I think the health, public and scientific community would be well served if Esri integrated this library into their next release in both the Online Python library and base Conda deployment for desktop.
