Just what it says. When managing Add-on licenses, there is a toggle switch for "Only show members assigned this license", which is useful for the oh-so-fun chore of removing duplicate assigned licenses due to User Type changes we recently had to do, but not helpful when trying to assign licenses to those who are lacking it. When there are thousands of members, just a handful of whom need to have a license assigned, there is currently no way to find them easily via filters or sorting.
This could be remedied by letting us filter for those who DO NOT have a license, adding a "Switch Selection" option for filters, or adding an option to sort by has/does not have a license.
