It would be very helpful if you could filter your ArcGIS Online Contents by “Date Last Viewed”. This information is available within generated Item reports.
My goal is to cleanup my Organization’s ArcGIS Online Contents by deleting items that have not been viewed in over 5 years. Filtering by the “Date Created” or “Date Modified” fields is not sufficient because even though an item was created/modified over 5 years ago, the item could still be actively accessed/viewed.
Without this filter, I am forced to manually search for and delete over 350 items, or create a Python script via ArcGIS Notebooks (which I am not familiar with).
(For the items that do not have a “Date Last Viewed” value, you could include a NULL value filter option, or simply exclude them from the results.)
