Add color grid in symbol styles

Please consider switching to the standard color grid used in ArcPro for color selection in web map styling. This interface is much simpler, faster, and more consistent than the 16 million color selections in the current tool. It is much easier to pick 'Seville Orange' over finding, copying, and pasting '#b3362d' and much easier for my human brain to comprehend and repeat. It also allows for better consistency between ArcPro and AGOL.

This is something we are looking into along with supporting colors in web styles so you can have a standard set of colors used across Online and Pro that are either esri defaults or your own.
