It should be easier to toggle between Project Delivery subscriptions for administrators who maintain multiple sites. Presently we are making new administrative logins for each of the 15 subscriptions we maintain. Administrators who manage these sites for clients should be able to federate all sites using their own single user name. Also, the list of subscriptions is in a confusing location in my.esri and should be much easier to access.
