How to queries for multiple layers

I am now exploring ArcGIS online widgets. One problem I find is that most widgets are based on a single layer. For example, I have three layers that contains points, lines and polygons. How to do one query for the all the layers at one time, instead of setting a query for each layer.

   You don't. you query one layer at a time unless you use the "Find" option on the REST endpoint or FindTask if you are talking about JS API. But they are limited to non spatial queries,
